Generic Model Practice Act

The Model Act is a working document of a basic model of regulatory legislation. FARB developed the act with the flexibility to insert profession-specific language where necessary.

Model Code of Conduct for Board Members

The Model Code of Conduct is a model document that articulates the expectations held by the regulatory authority of each profession for members of regulatory boards and guides individual board members in their decision-making.

Model Application for Licensure and Renewal

The Model Application is a sample application developed for regulatory boards, departments, and agencies across the professions to assist in the gathering of accurate, relevant information from applicants for examination, licensure, and renewal.
