Notification of cancellation MUST be made in writing and sent to FARB via mail, e-mail (FARB@farb.org ), or fax.
Refunds: If a cancellation is received in writing via mail, e-mail, or fax BEFORE 10 days prior to the event, FARB will: 1. Refund the paid registration fee less a $50 processing charge 2. Not charge you if the registration fee has not been paid
If a cancellation is received in writing via mail, e-mail, or fax WITHIN 10 days prior to the event, FARB will: 1. Refund the paid registration fee less a $250 processing charge 2. Charge you $250 if the registration fee has not been paid
If a cancellation is received in writing via mail, e-mail, or fax DURING OR AFTER the event or if a notification for cancellation is never received, FARB will: 1. Not issue a refund if the registration fee has been paid 2. Charge you the full registration fee if the registration fee has not been paid
